The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf
Due to some medical expenses a friend has asked me to see if it would be worth selling some of his discs, such as 1989 classic rocs,1990 san marino rocs and various other plastic. how would I go about finding out how much these are worth to use as a guideline? Disc are new unthrown.
Thanks for any help.

Permalink Reply by Jeff Nichols on April 5, 2011 at 9:26pm I would say contact your Local DG ProShop, if you have one, and get info from them. They would probably know what the Collector Discs are going for, and may even be able to hook you up with Buyers. If you don't have a Local Proshop, I have one 20 minutes from me and the owners are Completely immersed in the disc golf scene. They compete, help run tourneys, but most of all, they Help their fellow DG'ers. So, if you need someone to talk to, I am sure they would help you to their fullest capabilities. If you want or need more Info, let me know! Here is a link to their shop :
Permalink Reply by Rescue on April 6, 2011 at 9:12pm I love those people, Mando's is awesome! Alot of the times it comes down to plastic. I would say the biggest bang for the buck is good old Champion Edition AKA: CE, also 1st runs help. Then I'd see what type of OOP discs he has, becuase some of those can be $$.
If he has any 1st run CE discs. They can go from $80 to $150 if they are unthrown. Heck, even 2nd run and later CE discs can go in the$80 to $100 range.
So that might be a place to start?
I wish your friend well... Peace!
