Do discs have to be stamped "PDGA APPROVED" ?

I bought a couple new Discraft Soft Magnets today and noticed the stamps has changed. One thing I noticed was PDGA APPROVAL not on the disc. I looked in my bag and all my other discs have that approval stamp. Should it be there?

hey now,just read that the VOODOO is not PDGA approved.What's the specs that's keeping it off the list? Could it be that it's just too recent of a disc?

apparently it has not been submitted as of yet. oversight on dave's part i would imagine. getting a little ahead of themselves selling them as approved though.
