I have recently switched to the APX swirl putter and I love it. The only problem is when it's breezy out. If I try to use it for an up shot (between 40 to 75 feet) it tends to turn over. Even with just a slight headwind. So I've been thinking of using my good old JK Aviar for shots in the 40 to 75+ range. I don't think it should mess with my putting "feel" but I thought I would see if any of you use two diff. putters.

Thanks and peace!

2 max weight Omega SS. work fine for me.
i use soft magnets, soft challengers and soft banger gts, i use the banger more for drives and up shots than putting though. man do i love bangers for up shots. oh, i use a zone too for forehand up shots. i carry a CryZtal challenger too but rarely use it.
I normally use the same putter (Avair) when i put normal. When i do a turbo putt over 35 ft or so,I like to use a driver.

I dont think that using two would mess you up, just practice with them on the range you described.
I do. I use my Omega SS for long straight putts and use my Star Aviar Driver for approaches and reg. and hyzer putts. Though I think I might go down to Omega SS only over time.

You would love a omega SS I'm sure, flys really straight like a APX, but it's a little bit more flat then JK Aviars and APX's so it handles better in wind. I had a APX and after one day of wind I didn't throw it anymore, wind throws them around like crazy. Though the JK Aviars (any of the big bead aviars) handle pretty good in wind.

Best putter I found in wind is ESP Zone by Discraft, even better then Rhyno's in the wind. I was throwing them back to back on a really windy day.
Just using 1 putter the Challenger 2 soft 2 crystal
3 - 1 overstable 1 straight 1 understable
Is the Zone supper overstable?

Blunt gumbputt and Blowfly!
I use a 175 beedless aviar and a 180 beedless aviar
As long as the disc your putting with , feels right for you !!!!! There are so many Good discs out now a days.

Best way is to experiment with different types if possible.

I use a JK - Pro Aviar - X . When they are new , they are slightly overstable.

I have used Stiff and Softer Putters and here is what I found out. The Stiffer Discs hold a better line longer , while the Softer Discs tend to stick better to the chains. I does vary also depending on whats working better that specific day !!!

In Hotter weather , I'll use something Stiffer . In Colder weather I'll use something softer !!!!

It's still difficult for me to say whats alway best for every situation !!! It's what you have confidence in and trust to Fly like it's intended to !!!
