Seems like there is a slightly different run of Champion Rocs run. It's how I got mine.

You can find some "thrower Rocs" in Champ plastic for a decent price. Thrower just means they are not in plastic and they also don't have a holographic stamp. Basically there not for collecting, they are for throwing.
Your best bet is to look on ebay. They have a huge sellection to choose from.
