The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

This dude I shot with Sunday was straight up whanting like a little bitch, throwing his bag around, and cursing himself. What happened was he tried throwing a super stable disc, nose down and low, with a tail wind, on the first hole and it went like 100ft and hit the ground. If you care that much about your score then learn to shoot with the wind instead of thinking you messed up. I quit after the second hole. I take that back "do blame yourself" because you need to adhere to the conditions, SON! To know why the discs do what they do is the most useful (for lack of a better word) tool to obtain. I should start a Swamp Thing school so that people understand why they suck, and so we have less blow ups on the course. Ya think?

I agree 100%. Learning the wind is important. I was giving a couple of kids some wind tips as well.

The complaining part sounds like my doubles partner yesterday. I hate getting with a doubles partner who always expects to win, especially when they don't produce during the round. Relax and bomb a few. That's my motto.
