...Hate it when discussions have titles that tell you nothing about what the thread is about?

Or don't you.... dare try to discuss the two meter rule which is always in effect at tournaments even though it is no longer an actual rule in the PDGA but rather an option.....

it may be always in effect at your tournaments, but it rarely is used in all the Fabulous Florida Tour events anymore. As with any ruling or quirk, it's always at the TD's discrection to implement/conduct the tournment in any manner they see fit. The PDGA rules are actually just guidelines, which foretunately we all follow.
