Puts a nice flat top on em. I turned a dx Viking into a Flick. Bake at 300 degrees for 2 minutes.
How many does it serve?
Will that restore some stability to my old beat up favorites ?
Awesome! Now you got an illegal disc!
never baked a disc , but i have thrown quite a few micro-wave dishes !
Ye this would be illegal and subject to penalty.
I once backed the guts of a flash drive because it quit working. I've also seen videos of folks baking motherboards.
Why bake a Viking when you could buy a Flick that would be LEGAL????
Its all good here. L ove the Fliking. Tried a Valkyrie and it is a Flick too. Less time in next time.
I have flat topped a few KC Rocs with boiling water and a stack of heavy books.
This whole discussion begs the question of how an illegal disc could be detected. Using this method obviously modifies the flight of a disc therefore making it illegal. The sport in a way relies on the honesty of individuals to prevent them playing with such modified discs in a competition. If the disc owner says nothing then it would be up to the competitors to spot the modified disc and call it out.
baking is for your brain, not for your plastic
Thats great I love a good flat top Roc. I dont think a stack of books is illegal. How about smashing an overstable disc into a brick wall until you get the flight pattern you want? The modified discs I do not use in competition. ;)
