The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I figure since my last post was kind of a bicker fest (hehe) I would try one that would be a post to bring people together. All I am asking is what is your absolute FAVORITE hole. I mean only 1, no sitting on the fence. I guess you can also say what your least favorite is if you want. I will start it off

Favorite: It was Brown Park hole 4 where you had the choice of staying up on the ridge, over the brush, or going down by the woods. If you went over the brush your shot would disappear from sight and then you walk up by the basket to find your disc within an easy birdie shot.

Most Hated: Hole 14 at Rolling Hills. I still have yet to hit a par on it. Some how my disc will land on an edge and just roll and roll and roll. Even when I throw a flopper it still manages to roll. And if it doesn't roll I always fricking ping the basket and it drops right below it.

Favortie Tree! The tree at the Ponds at Hole 4. When the course was first put in and empty I just hung out sitting on the branch that shoots out (the one covered in moss) and enjoyed the day for a bit.

my favorite hole is #15 at Hawk Hollow- approximately 440 feet slightly downhill across an open field with OB down the left side then another 200 or so sharply downhill into the woods with the creek tracking the right side of that section. for the best approach you need to set yourself up close to the left side OB. three's are hard-earned, so are eight's.
my favorite hole is a springvalley. It is a collection of small trees and a well it is a skip shot... Number 15 is a small xcal. toss with enough turn to make the disc skip but, skip too high and it is a def. ob!

fav. tree would be McDade number 11 now. Soon enough the pine tree will fall from people chopping through it!
Close between #3 at Meyer Broadway original, #5 @ Idlewild, and #6 at Fox Creek...all are position holes that take a couple well placed shots...not just grip and rip.
any hole that goes far over water. I love those for some reason.
Kiss it Goodbye, Aspen Mountain, nice semi long hole with tough landing area.
Or old hole 14? at Pease Park in Austin, tight left to to right hole with the capital building in the background.
Or the hole in Amarillo, I think Thompson Park from the top of the hill over the Brazos River to the small landing area.
I couldn't name just one hole, I tried.
YOU win...
#9 at Bear Branch just cause it's my 3 time ace hole
Favorite hole. Hum.... This is going to be tough. I really like #4 at The Ponds, but I also really like #18 at rolling hills.

My least favorite hole is probably #6 at Bandemer. No matter how hard I try to snake a shot thru the trees I always hit atleast one.

Favorite tree. Deffinitly the one by #4 basket at The Ponds.
Hole # 27 at DeLaVega in Santa Cruz , California !!!
what you cant see in the pic is the steep cliff your throwing off of
