My girl is just getting back into the sport. What disc do you use? Which seam best for a low power person just starting out

Start her out with an understable mid range in the 150 class (Cobra is my fave, but there's also the Stingray, Shark, Panther, and Impact) and an easy to throw putter like the Aviar P&A in 160-165ish. Once she's comfortable with that and throwing longer/harder/more controlled, you can add the Leopard, then the Valkyrie or X Surge.

JMHO, but I think the 150 class is the perfect way to start a woman out for max fun......they require less arm strength, less speed, and they fly forever! The Elite X Surge is by far my straightest, farthest flyer and easiest to control, but it requires some speed, and my Leopard and Valkryies are right behind it.
My wife throws a Magnets for putting, a buzzz for midrange, 150g valk and 146g raven backhand distance, 166 wraith for forehand.

Get youself and your girl a exercise band to work on your form. If you want to work on your grip and form get yourself a snapband or make one from a disc and exercise band.

If she works on form with a buzzz then her game will come along quickly. FORM BEFORE POWER!!!
