found a disc on 9 at westy. leave a message to identify, found today 11-26-11.
so how long should i leave this up before i can keep it? i figure 2 weeks. what do you all think?

I personally never officially keep a disc as my own. I will not think about throwing it or using it for atleast a month, but even after that if someone claims it I will return it.

If there's a # on the disc, I call. If it's disconnected, there's not much more you can do except maybe ask the sceners at that course if they know him.
