i googled disc golf scorecards, and several popped up. i got one for my blackberry that way.
I got a simple one at www.wireless18.com

It's really basic, but it works on my TracFone.
well, i got the wireless 18, but the scores will erase once you start a new round, so you can post the card to the wireless 18 site, but it appears its a 21 day trial, then you need to pay 10bones a year to maintain your stats, scores, etc. i'm using it for now, because its better than paper, but sucks if you play multiple rounds in a day and don't want to pay the 10 bucks to post to the site after the 21 day trial.
I needed something simple for my phone and I lucked out when I got the first one to come up.

Multiple rounds in one day makes it not so hot, but you could record your scores for the other rounds as the other players. Might be nice to try.
