Help Identify this Disc F***em Buckey

This is a little before my time but some of the old timers I play with were excited to see it and got right to debating if it was an Bucky Worboys disc. I suppose he made a few disc like this. The guy that put it in the CTP said he's had it for about 10-20 years and pulled it off his wall.

Or it could just be a Wisconson disc.. no clue. What do you guys think?

Thanks for all the input, some of it is similar to what I have been hearing. Guess I'll just shelf it until I find a wisco fan that is willing to sell his soul for it.... kidding.

Joshua - I might just sell my soul for that disc. A friend of mine had one in his collection and it's one of my favorite stamps ever. I'm from Michigan but I love cheese and beer and Wisconsin disc golf, so I have to ask - how much would you be willing to sell it for, if you still have it that is?
