help me fix my wobble

when i release the disc when throwing forehand I always get some sort of wobble.  I grip with two fingers flat under the rim with my thumb flat on top

Make sure you keep your elbow tight to the hip until you relese. and no run up stand flat footed its all in the wrist@

for Mids yes, but drivers have to have a run up.

Drivers do not need any run-up, I bet I could throw just as far without as I could with. It is all in the hips and wrist.

Agreed. All a run up is good for is to get momentum to turn your body into the shot, the only thing that it is good for on forehand is to screw your shot up. I'm sure with a run up I could get minute distance increase mabye 10-20 feet, but accuracy is gona sufer esp with a forehand turnover.

When a disc wobbles out of the gun, it means 2 things, grip & snap.
If you are consistently wobbling your disc, go back to the basics.
Stand in a stationary position, don't move.
Hold the disc in your hand with whichever grip you choose and try to throw a smooth line.
Do a quick snap, no run up, all wrist and a little pull back.
Concentrate on "smooth technique."
Everyone has thrown a baseball here, do a flip like throwing a 'sidearm to second base.'

In any sport, always go back to the fundamentals.

if you slide the disc all the way down into your "Lobster Claw", between the fore finger and the thumb, take your walk up out completely and just throw from standstill, you'll likely see that issue disappear. it worked for me. i throw a 150 class flick and a predator sidearm. i'm mostly RHBH though.
