This disc is designed for people who cannot quite handle the stability of a Boss. You will still need an arm that can handle the speed of the disc though.

That finger groove on the monarchs was definitely weird the first couple of times I threw it, but I actually have really been enjoying my monarch, so we'll see about the Groove.

The groove in the bottom is actually designed to allow the wide wing design while keeping the weight down. That is why the Boss is only available in heavy weights.
