how do I embed a video on my page

Trying to embed a great beer video

over on the right side of the page under "inbox, alerts, friends, settings" there is a pull down menu called "Quick Add...". When you are on you page click on that and it will give the option of video. Click on video and a little box will appear in the middle of your screen. It will ask if you want to browse your comp or embed. Do which ever you want and click save. Add a tittle and description and your done
