I am wondering what the best way is to grip the disc to maximize distance and accuracy?

Index curled over your thumb on top of the flight plate. Helps with nose down.
i may have to try that
Got a Pic?
This link is a great resource for types of grip on a disc!

Very detailed, was about to post it but you beat me to it!
i use that grip in the wind. It really helps me keeps the nose down
Four fingers under the rim , thumb on top.
Firmly!!!
I do the power grip but only 3 fingers... i cant manage to get the pinky down. it gets on the way for me. maybe because I have big hands? IDK 4 fingers works for me, I've been able to drive 450+ft
So i only use my middle finger on the inside of the rrim. I get great results and throw 350+ constantly. Do you think that if i switch grips i can get more distance or should i stick with what works? I tried to rip with my index and middle finger but i keep releasing it late and throwing it way right with out much extra distance (i did this and put my week old pro wraith in the middle of a pond)
