I am wondering what the best way is to grip the disc to maximize distance and accuracy?

four finger power grip
I use a four finger power grip though I'd suggest the fork grip for accuracy. I'm just now seeing that different grips have different advantages.
wtf is a fork grip
with my fingers.

seriously - , no pinky use. index around rim on putts
The simplest explanation is here.

I guess i throw a modified power grip. I feel the disc really on my middle 2 fingers more than the outer 2
index finger on outer rim all others locked like 4 finger, also very good for hyzer flip control
Never index finger on rim. IMHO it takes distance away and serves no purpose.
I feel the same way, i watch my brother do this all the time and he never really gets distance. I know a big part of that is run-up and lack of technique elsewhere, but most guys should be able to strong arm a disc to nearly 300', he can get about 180', more on a fluke.
Bonapane grip
A friend uses that grip. Looks weird, but he throws farther than I do. Can't argue with results.
what is that??
