How does a blind draw doubles tournament work?

Just curious how a blind draw doubles tournament runs. Never been in one before.

Blind = Random Draw

all players are lumped into 1 pool of players regardless of skill level

use cards. 2 kings, 2 aces, 2 twos, etc. shuffle.. draw.. pair up!

Cards definitely make things easier. In league we don't give strokes unless a true B pooler gets Cali or two true B poolers get paired up. Don't remember the last time anybody got strokes though.

It is a sucker format for amateurs, but the pros will appreciate your donation. Only a top player can randomly be on a team with two top players. Only a noob can be on a team of two noobs. Save your $ for a better bet.
