Maybe im being a marc but thats really impresive i looked on pdga directory to see how many courses there are in alaska a while ago. could be wrong but i think its like 8 or somthing. I enjoy travling solo or with my girlfreind to diffrent courses round midwest and grew up out east but never really counted how many or kept track. Whenever i go on vacation,concert,casino... i always find the closest or coolest course in area or on way. I usually enjoy the discing more then the actuall thing im going to. So the obvious next step is to just travel around the country and play disc golf. If only i was good enough to go pro and be able to do it for a living. Maybe il bring a grill and sell garlic grill chesse and goo balls to all the malnurished dgolfers. I would really like to play snowbasin and big sky. This would be a great reason to change cancun at xmas to some western desert dgolf paradise.
I tell you what Bill...Im unemployed right now and Im thinkin about making that journey. Im thinking that I might utilize my DiscBros via the internet and maybe stay at their pads or something along the way haha, and just get out there and go. It could happen. that would be frickin rad. documentary pending...4-27-09 lol!
Goo balls? Elaborate, please... LOL!
just saw the article in discgolfer. very cool man.
you know my friend Jack Ousley I believe. his family has a few cabins down the road from Sipapu and Ive played Twograyhares a few times when I have been lucky enough to come up there.
Grats on the 50 states :)
Thanks for the KUDOS. It is great to see others trying to complete the quest. Just remember to let us know so we can enter you in the Nifty 50 Flying Disc Club.
