Does  any one have advise about starting a club ?

Are there any existing clubs near you? Talk to them, see what they did. Or you can just wing it, get together with some friends, start a website, charge a membership fee, gets some club tags made, and see what happens.You could also try our club email and ask them. info@hcdgc.com
Start off with weekly doubles and posted it somewhere so all casual players will see it. Then I agree with other jeff, get a website, forum or get people to join here and you can discuss local tournaments, events, or road trips.
Where do I start. My main suggestion is to have at least 2-5 other people that are truly committed to investing time to help you run the club for the first few years. You'll be very surprised at how many people just want to play and not donate time into the organization side of running a club.
But at the heart of a club is typically running events, either handicaps, doubles or tournament. Start small and work your way up.
