I have been doing some physical training this winter. Not just for disc golf, but for life.
As far as cardio...I split between the step mill and incline tread mill (20 min. & 20 minutes). For weights...I split between upper body, lower body and bi's & tri's. Being over 60 I also include alot of stretching in my regime. I work out five days per week. Hope this helps.
Most of the players on Team Super G use this Xertube for workouts and Stretching. Travels with you and works like free weights. I really dig them on the road!
