Just wondering about the DGA hurricane driver.Has anyone tossed one around ,and what are your thoughts?

not so much, Rogue = surge ss, hurricane = force ss, reef = hard apx , titanic = candy magnet.....

Where is it compared to a Nuke,stability wise?

depends on the nuke. It's similar to a more stable nuke ss... but it depends on the hurricane.
