i need help, my new phenix straps broke

okay, i just bought new pheniox straps about 4 weeks ago . the stiching in the camee out of them. these are pheniox quad straps no innova crap. i need help getting the replaced . i emailed phenix and i never got a reply.

My innova straps have gone almost a year now no problems at all with everyday use. Not even a seam coming out.

Don't know how they will hold up, but I love the DGA Gel Strapz. Waaaaay more comfy than the Phenix ones. I know, NOT what you were asking! However my first pair of Quads one of the plastic clips broke. Sent it back and got a new piar no questions asked. I just mailed it back to the address with a note. Recieved the new ones in about a week.

I was playing in the same group as Jon when his strap broke. It sucked. I had been thinking of getting some straps, but started rethinking it. I still may, but this was the only case where I had seen phoenix straps break. I have seen Innova straps tear up by the padding so I was not going that way.
