I Produce Video's, what kind of stuff would a disc golfer like to see? (other than porn)

I would like to shoot videos related to disc golf, I have one HD cam, and a Mini DV cams. Along with Final Cut and After Effects editing Software. and other assorted programs, photoshop, etc. Would people like to see the course that are in my area? Tips? People talking about disc golf? etc

Driving techniques, Putt and approach etc... just a thought. Slow motion and HD would be rad
Hi, DD -

Let me know if you're interested in sharing your creations through the TV show I produce, Disc Golf Live video magazine. The show is seen across the country on public and community access stations. I like to feature all kinds of topics in the show and find viewers like variety. Since DGL is seen by a lot of folks who've never heard of the game, I try to let folks know about our community and the social side of the game, along with tourney coverage, profiles, course tours, etc. I'm open to any and all ideas. My shows are usually about fifty percent my own stuff, fifty percent material submitted by videographers in the DG community, but that varies from show to show.

There are a bunch of stations in WI carrying Disc golf Live, many of them recent additions through a nifty file sharing site I've gotten hooked up with. That would give your pieces some extra impact. I no longer have a contact at the Milwaukee public access station, so if getting involved there and submitting DGL for broadcast appeals to you, let me know. My broadcast DVDs are free and many stations can even download the show directly from the web.

Just now working with footage from last year's USDGC to promote this year's event via my July episode (#30). We shot every player in the field on two holes during the first round, so there's a lot of footage right out of the gate to work with.

You can see some of my stuff on my page here or at www.discgolflive.com (although the broadcast list is short about 25 stations that I've just added...time to stop putting that chore off!)

Best regards,

Joe

that was retarded. 1:42 i will never get back.
Great question.

No clue. I think you eliminated too much in the title and with Death Metal off the table, I am at a loss.

Only thing I can think of is maybe a little promo (that's promotion...you sicktards) video of your club, courses and players. After that, you may have more people wanting you to do more specific tasks after they see your work.
I think a "real round" with top pros would be great. In other words, take a couple of cameras, maybe two for the group and one for the basket and follow an 18 hole round, shot for shot, with whatever chatter there is in-between and put that together. If you can edit a shot where you show the drive from the tee or the lie, then cut to the basket angle to show how it finishes, that would be awesome.

I think that would be great, especially if it was a really hard course but not in a tournament (so they wouldn't be all silent with their game faces on). Some banter and great golf would be great.
