I am an Innova disc thrower and i have finally started branching out to rolling the disc for those really long distance shots..I was wondering if there was anyone who had some experience throwing Innova rollers and could recommend a disc that would work like discraft's stratus, or better...

Cobra!
a broken in dga rogue is good for me , i know it isn't innova but the rogue seems to be my longest roller right now .
I have a slighly beat up Champion RoadRunner that works Great !!!
the innova wolf is basically the stratus from innova i think.
Discraft X-Clone, hard to find though.
I've been using Sidewinders for rollers and they seem to go pretty far! A flattish straight throw will then turnover and hit the ground about 50-60 our then roll another 300-350. My favorite old roller was the Innova Special Edition TL! Nothing went better for me. They don't make 'em anymore, and mine all wound up in lakes.
Check this out if you're looking for some tips on throwing rollers.
