I am considering buying a Pro Katana because I had a Star Katana and I didn't like the flat top and how overstable it was. I had originally thrown the Lemon Lake Star Katana so I was disappointed with the newer flat top Star Katanas. Would love to hook up a Lemon Lake but I think that they are probably very hard to come by anymore. So I saw a Pro Katana the other day and I am considering getting that and having a custom dye made on it. I just don't have any Pro plastic so I don't know if it is any good. I really love the Star plastic but in this case it won't do.

I love Pro plastic for my drivers. I just love the grip. They do beat up pretty quick, but I haven't noticed that I lose stability much faster than I do with Star Plastic. I've even got a Pro Katana I might be willing to trade you.
Yeah, I was looking at a white one so that I could get a custom dye on it. Besides, I don't really have anything to trade unless you like old DX TeeBirds or a Banshee with a hole in it. I just wanted to see if anybody throws it since I don't own any of it.
Thats cool, I don't really use mine. I just can't find a really good use for it. I think you will like the Pro plastic though. I know I do.
Right out of the box I noticed the Pro Katana is much less stable than the star and champion Katanas that I've thrown. I've actually found (for me) that they're too flippy, so you just have to add extra height. You can't throw a Pro Katana the same way you did the Star as it is more touchy....especially after it gets beat. If you have some fairway to play with and a decent ceiling I'm sure you'll find an use for it.
Yeah, that's why I didn't like the new Star Katana. Too overstable. If the Pro throws like the Lemon Lake then that's what i want.

Pro Destroyer !!
Nice choice Donny. I just bought one of these a couple of weeks ago. I love it!
I don't like Pro or X for anything, but it does tend to have more potential distance in the long range drivers. I've got 2 (168g) lemon lake Katanas left.
What colors?
no.
I have a Pro Katana and is a great disc. I also have a not so great Star Katana. I dont throw much Pro plastic but with this disc it is the only way to go!
168 pro kantana new! what do you have to trade?
