Is there a bad Lat 64 disc?

Ok so I have been very slowly switching to Lat 64 and every disc I've tried has made the tourney bag.

 

So far I have tried the Lat Flow, Vision, Fuse, and Westside King.

 

Wanting to know if there is any to avoid buying?

I just ordered a King. I don't really need another disc but I just love trying new stuff out. Plus it should be pretty cool to be the only one at the course with some Westside plastic!

Two kinds of bolt. Opto and GL. Opto is overstable while the GLs are HSUS and LSOS a little more flippy than the Havoc.

where can you find an opto bolt at? The only bolt i have seen is the worlds stamped purple and red. I had no idea they came out with an opto bolt!

Very flippy in the gold line worlds champ, but once you learn this disc, nothing fly's further!!  The Opti is also flippy, but not quite as much with a lot more dome.  It also fly's so nice but is much more controllable.  One of my absolute favorite drivers now.  But do not use it in a head wind.  It will turn over straight to the ground, I even had one turn and come back about 80 feet.

Havoc was too flippy

I think that all of the "lowlanders" need to come up here to elevation and then see if they still think that a certain disc is "flippy" or not. Also it really depends on arm strength as well. My own experience with the Havoc is that it is overstable along the lines of maybe a Banshee. It does go straight for a long time but has a good fade at the end. Of course I don't have the biggest arm out there either. And BTW my Havoc is of the Opto variety which I have heard can be a bit more overstable than Gold Line plastic.

I have owned 3 Opto Havocs now, none of which have been flippy. Could someone please define flippy in regards to the Havoc for me please. I have 400+ power, and don't find them flippy.

Just got a gl flow today,are most of them domey on top ,what would you compare them to as far as flight character.

Mine is domey also, It has a nice smooth hyzer throughout the flight, somewhat like a beat up wraith.

I would have this to say about Lat 64 discs.

The durability is outstanding

They are easily the best looking discs out there

The Opto plastic is more stable than the Goldline

Notes:

Their discs like to be thrown the way they where designed to be thrown. They don't do well with OAT, jerky motions, and some don't like a high throwing slot on the pull through. Hell, the slanted rim Halo was designed to have your hand more on top of the disc and to be thrown almost from the waist, just like the Europeans like to throw. If you have good form, and can learn to trust that Lat discs will do what they say they will do, then fill your bag and enjoy.
