The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

On August 24th, 2010 at approximately 7:15pm, the Ionia Count Commissioner's Board gave us the final permission to put in 18 holes at Bertha Brock County Park. It may come to no surprise that the county will not pay for the disc golf course and that it must be payed, installed, and maintained by the community and local disc golfers. The plan is to start the installation and manicuring of the land as soon as enough money is raised for a least 9 holes.

If you are a local that has been waiting for this day, generous disc golf enthusis, or someone who just wants to be a part of the project, please see the attached document on ways you can help. Thanks again!

Keep throwin and growin the sport!
