Joint and Knuckle pain in the throwing hand

I started playing 2 yrs ago and have played lots in those 2 years. I have never had arthritis pain etc. however the knuckles in my throwing hand rhbh have gotten a bit bigger and ache now and then. They don't bother me at all when throwing. I use a power grip on drives and fan on mids. Anyone else deal with this from starting disc golf and do you have any ideas?
