Probably because the drawing is random to make it as fair as possible. Ever heard the expression "Don't look a gift horse in the mouth"? Thanks to the Calhouns and all the sponsors for running this competition, I'm enjoying it.

Every jumbo toss is a separate and new event. One guy winning multiple times makes it more realistic, same guys always seem to be on the final card right. Be glad Ken Climo isn't putting.
