The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

I recently got a pro Katana through a trade on here. I was very
surprised how well I did with it. I mainly throw stuff like Teebirds,
Valks, Destroyers, Eagles, Sidewidners, Roadrunners. Nothing really
over stable except Destroyer. The Katana added about 40 ft too my
drive. I release at hyzer and it turns out to be a great anhyzer disc.
Is that what it is aimed to do. What is the difference between the pro
and champ?

ps if anyone have any extra katanas in any weight any plastic I am intrested. I got cash and disc to trade.

There probably isn't any major differences, the Pro plastic tends to have a little more glide than other versions and it beats in quicker so the disc can take on its own unique style.
The champ is considerably more overstable out of the box, as is usual for most discs. However, it will break in slower, whereas the pro might beat in quickly and be understable. But it does work great as a loooooong anny disc once it does reach that point.
