To make it FAIR we need TIME ZONES.

At 11:59:59+1 PM December 31, 2008 Kiribati time (The first country with the first city to cross into 2009) I dropped my putter into hole #9 of 9 at Westmoreland Disc Golf course to finish the final round of 2008 disc golf!!!

For those who don't want to do the math, that was 03:59:59+1 AM Pacific Time.

I almost f'd up when I almost forgot that this year one second was added to all clocks across the globe so when it got to 59 seconds I had to wait one more second to finish my round.

It was a one under par round so I'm starting off the new year in great style.

Daytona had a couple of Ace's today....I hit hole 15 at Reed Canal about 2:50 EST. Rick Rupe hit 18 B pad to short pin around 5:30 this afternoon during doubles at Tuscawilla.

Last anything can still be done by someone in Hawaii, the Aluetian Islands or Samoa...First anything would HAVE been done by someone in either Fiji, Kiribati, Kamchatka, or New Zealand...

It's 3:45 here and I think I'll go to Mackenzie for a round. Maybe some one on Oahu will play until dark but this is an easy one. That's HST. two to five hours later.
