learning to throw the Quest Turbo Putt

Has anyone thrown one of these? I recently acquired one of these and would like a short explaination of how to hold it and throw it. I am not going to start putting with it but just learn the basics. Thanks in advance. You all have a nice game

Have a friend throw it as high and as far as he can in front of it then you take a shotgun and try and shoot it. Its great fun
