What is the lightest weight that someone can legally throw? This question is more specifically directed towards mid range because I have a 125g Light Weight Buzzz that I like to use for certain shots.

No problem. There's no minimum weight limit if the disc is a PDGA Approved model.

I think early disc golf may have had discs as light as 90g being used. 

Was that in prehistoric times?  :-)

 

No. That's when Rocs were really heavy...
