A stable driver with tons of glide would be the T-BONE from Quest. Get the 80/20 version since it's more stable than it's Premier counterpart. I throw this disc all the time, it's great (and it has Dimple Technology too).

A stable mid-range also from Quest would be the BACKBONE (what's with all the 'Bone' names anyway?). The edges are rounded which makes for a clean release, and since all the weight is on the edge it flies far without putting too much into the throw, great 'touch' disc.

That's my two cents.
A great disc that a few guys I play with is the Element X by Gateway. It is a stable mid.

Here are a few reviews on the disc.
thanks for the info
gateway has many overstable drivers look to a spirit give that thing a rip and see if you can handle that puppy.

speed demon also

the new warrior is a stable mid that really feels damn good in the new E plastic.
gateway is the the way you wanna go if your looking for somthing different, the spirit is a sweet mid
DGA makes some good stuff. The Tsunami is a great overstable driver. Putters, try the Titanic or the Reef
try a DGA Tsunami. ive only tried one once but it felt awesome.
crazy cool disc that meets none of your criteria for drivers, yet begs to be tried is the Quest At oddesy ultra long range driver. No kidding man, throw this thing at about 80-90% of your usual power and marvel at its flight! I was wowed and surprised by this disc beyond all others. Only got it cause it floats. Just wish it was made of a more durable plastic, they call it "nike" plastic. I call it dont smack it right into a tree. You will hear alot of !@#$% talk about Quest, but I am truely impressed.Good luck!
Great Link on Discs !!!!

gateway warlock is about the same as an omega. check out latitude 64 too, man. beautiful plastic.
rogue driver
I forgot about the Squall (mid range) It's like a Roc on roids...oh..sorry. I mean flax seed oil.
