Lost my 1st disc

Last night at cass benton in Northville, I lost a white DX shark on hole 6.

I looked for an hour but could not find it which frustrated me because I knew it was right under the leaves.

I lost my first disc (164g Champion Beast) to a swelled Creek in Kentucky.  I searched for it, but all I came up with was a nasty case of poison ivy.  Overall, a bad day.

I was looking for one of my woman's throws that was hiding and before we found it I found a star wraith. Looked at the back and found a name, went home and looked the dude up on facebook. When I go to his page I see that he is friends with my moms best friends son! I informed him that I had his disc and he was like "OMG I thought it was gone forever! Never expected it to come back but was hoping someone would find it and return it, I LOVE THE DISC GOLF COMMUNITY, WE KICK ASS!" I laughed and gave him my address so he could pick it up. When he arrived I asked him "So you know Jordan huh?", he gave me kind of a puzzled look and said "yeah, why?" I told him I knew that kid when he was in diapers, our parents have been best friends for over 30 years, he was like "NO EFFING WAY I'M ON MY WAY TO GO HANG OUT WITH HIM RIGHT NOW! I CAN'T WAIT TO TELL HIM!"  The moral of the story is that it's a small world and when you find a disc and give it back you never know who you might be helping, might be the best friend of someone you've known since you were in diapers...

my first disc was a dx shark as well. ironically it sleeps at the bottom of the sea. i even tried to dive for it, but i guess it was finally free to swim away...
