Make a glow disc

So I recently watched a youtube video on disc dying. It is really interesting and looks like alot of fun to do. I'm curious to how many people have tried this with success? Also this got me thinking, if it's that simple to put die on a disc is there a way to add whatever it is that makes a disc glow to a disc? This would be really useful because we could play at night with our favorite disc. Any thoughts?

not sure about the glow thing but i have a few dye jobs on my page its not to hard todo im still learing but a few people on here do some really good work

the dyeing is not hard. As far as the glow, its in the plastic and I dont know of nay chemicla you could "add" that would absorb into the disc to make a glow. Not one that would last. Best to order already made glow discs. My page is full of dyes!

I would think you would need to spray paint a disc. Not sure you are allowed to do that.

My page has no dyes. Never done one. THough have thought about it.

Just got into the dying recently and have had a lot of success and am selling my dyes at the course now. I have done 16 in 2 weeks. It is time consuming and you need patience....other than that it's great and works wonderfully. As far as the glow I don't know if that is possible. I would probably lean towards no on it actually. But good news is you can still play with your favorite disc at night...you just need clear duct tape and an led attached to it. Works a lot better than the glow disc do anyways. Interesting thought though.
