Sadly no. I would of paid but I don't have a real computer- iPhone ftw- I heard the coverage looked good and showed 18 holes plus some archive bonus stuff. I know alot of people had doubts but it seemed to go well.
Also heard Barry broke his hand:(
I got to watch some. It' s nice seeing live disc golf even if it is on the web! A guy who lives a few miles from me won a stack of discs in the giveaway! I hope we get to see every NT event! That would be awesome! The coverage is better than the USDGC and I hope that trend continues!
I watched it - not sure I would pay again. Production values were pretty poor, although it got better (slightly) on the second and third day. The cameras weren't very good at following thrown discs, the commentary was often stilted and awkward --- just not that good. Maybe they'll get better, at least I hope so. Until then I'll save my money for plastic.
I can't complain. Live coverage of disc golf is always great. Some constructive criticism though? The casual banter needs to smooth out. It seems like they're nervous and get tripped up by what they might be hearing in their ear phones. The "disc golf guy" - I think his name is Terry - is trying to be really professional, but I don't think he needs to be. The camera work could use a bit of smoothing out, but like I said before I can't complain. I loved watching the lead cards. I'd pay again, but I hope coverage evolves to the point where we won't have to.
