What do you like to listen to while you play ?? If you even listen to anything. The answer "Chains" is not allowed.

If I am playing a casual round, I like to have ska on my earbuds.

Keep it rockin on casual play. Play the air guitar and dance around. Pull carts are great for coolers that have an IPOD jack. Like mostly classic rock and the such. Also listen to country, some rap and the occasional METTALLICA. Rock on, share the music and lose the earbuds.
Yea, no earbuds here. I ask my card if they're okay with tunes.....then it's jam time using the 80gb Zune and mini portable speakers that fit easily in DG bag pockets. Zepplin, Petty, Radiohead, Beastie Boys & Coldplay seem to get the most requests.

I play with a Nascar Mike too but he plays Boyz to Men , Wham and stuff like that
i also have speakers that i will listen to while on the course. i am a METALHEAD so i play pretty much anything with an electric guitar and double-bass pedal.
Been listenin to a disc golfin band from VA: The Gentleman. Here's their space: http://www.myspace.com/virginiagentlemen
I usually walk around with one ear bud in but I have lost 30 percent of my hearing so if i am talking a bunch i just have them around the neck. I usually just random my ipod which spans rock to rap to country.
Im from Richmond but ive never heard of the Gentleman, after listening to them they are pretty good, me and my little brother actually record in the same studio they do. If im listening to music its usually plugged into the speakers and usually have Dead on but sometimes a little beatles
I dont like it while playing. It's just more to cloud my thoughts.
When hitting the course alone, I'll take along the old mp3 player. Last time, a few weeks ago the playlist included King's X latest album XV, for the first course. Metallica's Death Magnetic was on tap for the second course of the day. The following day when I went out again I just hit the random button and let it go at that, So KISS, Stryper, Extreme, Slipknot, Me First and the Gimme, Gimmes, Iron Maiden, Eddie Vedder, and other's were heard that day. I'll use earphones when I'm out by myself, not everyone likes my choice in music and it usually helps me concentrate.
Thanks Curt but I only play Wham and George Michael because you request it. No radios in tourneys or Handicaps. too much money on the line.
mostly less than jake, but lately it's been a lot of pinback and paulson
practice rounds by myself mostly fuzzrock with a good tempo:
Fu Manchu
Orange Goblin
Fireball Ministry
Brain Police
The Atomic Bitchwax
Black Nasa
Nebula

during any round I play with people I usually don't listen anything.

inbetween rounds during a tourney, something more mellow:
pink floyd
marillion
isis
earth
sonny landreth
charlie musselwhite
