My first ace

So I got out of work early today. I am having a great round. I am -3 at turn. I am going to hole 14 -5. I take my eagle out of the bag. It is looking pretty, It hits a hill boom skips in and the screaming begins. I did not have any witnesses. Most people traditions no witnesses no ace. So do you count non witness aces or not. I finished with a carreer best -6. 48. Best before 55. It was at crooked creek in chapin SC.

Ace is an ace! My only ace had no witnesses. You could see the basket I hit from two tee pads and one basket, and the course is normally packed..... but I plan on hitting it again. That's one advantage to only having a half dozen courses within an hours driving distance, you really get to know each hole.

It's funny, one of my aces had no witnesses and I counted it and another had no witnesses until I started celebrating, and then it had four more witnesses as they were teeing off on the next hole and looked back when the heard chains. They all came over and signed my disc too.
