The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf

Our young club is hosting our 2nd annual November tourney and I need help with a clever name.  The one we used last year was basically ripped off another tourney and I want to have something unique.

I would like to have "Turkey" in the name since the tourney is held close to Thanksgiving (and we give away frozen turkeys to division winners), but it is not a absolute requirement.

We also plan to use this as an opportunity to raise money for a local food pantry, The Caring Center, that provides many families with meals for thanksgiving.  So consider this when coming up with a name too.

Our club: Boone County Disc Golf Club
The tourney will be played at Longley Park DGC in Lebanon, Indiana

Looking forward to hearing some wit

Where's the touney at (course, city, state)? What's the name of the club?
Could ya give up a little more info? Name of club, city, location of tourney, etc.?
Boone County Disc Golf Club
Longley Park DGC
Lebanon, Indiana

I also added in my original post that the name could reflect the fact that we are raising money for a local food pantry.
The 2nd Annual Boone Turkey Shoot-out
I like the play on words.
I can see using a wish bone as the main part of the trophy.
ditto the Wish-Boone
The Flying Turkey 2 at Longley
I like it
Boone County's 2nd "Clucker Hucker" for The Caring Center
discs in the basket and food in the pantry
Awesome!
Man, I'm glad I posted my request!

I'll run it by the club leadership, but I think we have a winner.

If we have custom stamped discs made for the event, I'll send you one.
That would be so cool, let me know either way. Just the thought of that being used is pretty cool.
... nice Tino from Dino
