I picked up a new TL to replace one I just lost, and while playing a round today I noticed something. The stamps are different on the 2 TL's I have. Most noticeably the one I just got says "Distance Driver" on it while my other one says "Fairway Driver". I know the TL is a fairway driver, so I am wondering why the difference? The "Distance Driver" seems a lot more resistant to turning over(compared to when the other was new), while the speed of both seems the same. Does anyone know what's up with the stamps???

Who knows, on their website the one pictured has that stamp also, even though it is listed as a fairway driver.

You are right, but this stamp is still different from that one
Maybe they changed it because they just like to change things.
Maybe, although it's new to you. It's an older TL when they were considered distance drivers.
Really? Did I reply to your comment? I am pretty sure I was just expressing that Innova changes things sometimes without much reasoning.

most of the new driver stock just says distance driver. they stopped putting more descriptive terms on the discs some time ago. I don't know why. Firebirds used to say overstable long range driver or something to that affect. noe they also just say distance driver.
Something I never would've noticed. I've been meaning to get a new Star TL for a back up in case I lose my other one. So you're saying that it's flight characteristics are different from your old one? or maybe it's that you know how to throw that disc so it seems like it's more resistant to turning over...
