El Do in Long Beach is fun, if you want to play some great mountain golf check out Wrightwood's course at Mt. High North. If you are interested in resort style Disc check out Emerald Isle 45 minutes south in Oceanside. Check PDGA's course directory for directions at PDGA.com . You should have a great time at La Mirada, there are two great 18 hole courses.

there was a fire in that area yesterday, and all the roads heading up there were closed. so make sure the roads are reopen
