The Community of Disc Golfers and About All Things Disc Golf
PDGA Round Ratings, are the flawed. I ask this because a friend of mine who recently played in a tournament with me. We noticed that our ratings arent coming out the same as Adv. and Open players, even though we shot the same course, the same day. For example. I recently shot a 48 the first round and got a round rating of 961. For the same course only played that afternoon an Adv. player got a 984 for the same 48. We discussed this and talked about it for awhile, the only thing we could come up is that they look at Adv players differently than they do Inter. and some how have a calculation that do that nerfs Inter. round ratings. Any thoughts, any ideas, any info that anyone can provide so that I understand what is going on with ratings. I would be very thankful.
