Please help me contact the Coordinator of the "Lakeshore Lush Bomber Open" this weekend

I have left notes on his page and don't know how else to reach him but to reach out to you all and beg that someone encourages him to contact me as soon as possible. I would not want all of his efforts to be in vain on Saturday. We are willing to work with anyone interested in planning an event here at The Ponds and appreciate all of you who visit us and enjoy playing here. I can be reached via e-mail, the best point of contact, or just drop by- I'm in the management office this week everyday except Wednesday (but still can be reached by e-mail and will come in if needed).
Sorry to waste your time with this on this page but I don't know what else to do. I appreciate any help or advice on how to resolve this before Friday.
