As everyone knows, stretching before a round is a good idea to improve warm-up time and helps prevent injuries. This is especially true when the mercury is still pooling at the bottom of the thermometer (i.e. cold outside)

Does anyone have any good pre / post round stretches that have helped them?

Please respond I need the input too.
may look embarasing, but jumping jacks.. aslo before you even practice putting, and after you stretch your hamstrings and arms, drive a few mid range drives softly (65 %) , you will be suprised how much this helps you loosen up, then drive a couple drivers, when you get back from cleaning up, then practice putting, you would putt differently then you practiced if you went from just putting for 15 minutes to launching a couple throws then trying to putt ... when you realize your warm, try not to go sit for long periods of time before starting
i take 2 disc's and swing them around.
I stretch a lot before but little after.

I carry a variety of therapeutic (rubber) bands for shoulder and arm stretches. I also carry a metal dowel (one inch rolled steel wrapped in hockey tape) that I swing like a baseball bat. The leg stretches don't need special equipment, although the bumper of my SUV helps. I probably spend at least 10 minutes stretching. Then I play catch with putters, throw a few drivers in the field then putt until it feels right. To be really ready I should play a few holes. A solid hour of warm-up is ideal.

This routine works for me. My friend Javier Kowalski is a superb Pro player and his routine is just a bit different. Jav drives to the course and exits his vehicle, sits in a folding chair, cracks a beer and waits for the Players Meeting.
