not sure, I know that when I started punching or "pushing" the putts in anywhere within 40 they were and still do consistantly fly straight in the chains, if you find yourself a little off, paint the basket straight up and down a couple times , focus on the center and push/pop it, its the pop your grip does when you lunge your disc forward at the target that lets it spin and hold its line. Is this the "Push Putt"?
im confused also. do you mean what jeremy is talking about, a specific way to normal putt or are you talking like a turbo putt?
Jeremy, that sounds like the Climo explained putt used by thousands. A push putt in my area is a turbo putt with no spin. If thier is spin its not the usual disc rotation. Its end over end spin, actually flipping the disc over several times before it hits the chains. Only used within ten feet. It sucks and its used by pretty crappy players.
Climo and Feldberg talk about this is thier DVD (if you don't have it, get it!)... the only thing they don't state is the when "Push Putting" into the wind to keep the nose of the disc down
there are some good videos on 'push putting' on youtube. Search Dan Beato or Joeveen Presents
