I'm going to be taking a 3 day DG trip in a couple of months and I want to play those courses for sure. I was wondering what other courses people like that are in between the parks so I can try them out.

For sure check out Independence Lake. It is only about 4 miles from Hudson Mills.

And be sure to stop by The Ponds of Lakeshore. It's south of Hudson Mills, down 23 and over on 94, but a very fast drive. And I recommend, going down 23, stopping in Ann Arbor to see Bandemer, and when down by The Ponds, hitting up Rolling Hills.
Mary Beth Doyle, Cass Benton, LakeShore, Bandemer, Indy lake, B>R>A>T>S (private course just call and ask). and Many Many more.. Please feel free to contact either my self or any of the 24 chains crew. We Will show you around town.
That would be a lot of fun, thanks for the offer. Hopefully you'll see my posts in a couple months then.
If you say you are coming in couple of months, and you are in town around the time that the Toboggan Course is in the Ground for the AM Nationals, you should definitely give that course a try.
Its an amazing course, that really challenges you mentally and Physically.
When does the Toboggan Course get put in the ground?
Usually two weeks prior to AMNAT's
I heard a rumor last year that the Toboggan was going to be playable all summer long in 2010. Doubtful, but I wish.
When is AM NAT's this year?
June 11-13....Sounds like we might have to leave sunday and watch the final round.
Every thing Gabe said is right on. get ahold of any one on the huron water shed club most of us know the area well. hope your trip is a blast
For sho.. Post you planned games on the Disc Golf Scene and they/we will come..
Yes, hope your trip lands you here on a Friday night so that you can experience a Chain Gang League night!
