Part of the function of the divider is to add support to the bag as well as protecting the inner material from disc wear. The frame is covered by warranty, fabric destroyed by disc wear is not. Kind of up to you on which you would rather deal with.

yeah I will leave the divider in as it serves its purpose, i just wish there was a way to keep it from sliding
