Those look Ion'ish to me....what type of plastic are they made from?
I would love to get get my hands on a Ionto see what they have done. Before I made the prototype I had never even seen a picture of a ion. I took the over molding idea from Quest AT discs... Though not anything like the Quest discs.

These have a stiff flight plate and a soft grippy lip. They grab the chains and do not let go! Also if you have not tried driving with them then you had better give that a shot as well.

Stuck typing from my cell phone.. Hope there are not to many type-o's
:-)
Right on, Dude! be sure to make them in 150- 159 for us on Japan! I will be sure to try them out!
so... is there a reason for that weight regulation?

Less injury for those that are enjoying the parks not involved with disc golf when hit,so the conversation went when I asked the same question.Chuck Kennedy should have the knowledge of the ruling of 150ish weight.

Even though we all know that a lighter sharper edge disc would likely do more damage than a heavier putter, it's true that a lighter weight version of any approved disc would do less damage than a heavier version of that same disc. That's the rationale the Japanese went with back in the early 90s that produced the 150 weight limit. However, last year they moved up to 160 max so their weights became less different from the rest of the world. That helps their pros when they play outside Japan and it's not as disruptive as the 150 class was when pros from around the world visit there for the Japan Open and other events.
Only tournaments played on a closed course are played with 150 Class Open weights (>159.9 gm). All other tournaments throughout the year are >152.0 gm.
CONGRATS!  save a couple max weights for me when you have them :)
